  1. What is most important for selling a property in a reasonable time period?
  2. If we are not satisfied with your service, can we terminate the listing agreement, and is there a fee for termination?
  3. In the last 12 months how many buyers did you personally represent in a transaction as the buyer’s agent?
  4. What percentage of your real estate business did you perform in our area/subdivision in the last 12 months?
  5. How often do you advertise each individual property in mediums other than the Internet and Multiple Listing Service?
  6. What experience do you have in financially qualifying buyers for a purchase?
  7. When you sell your own listing, how much will you reduce the real estate commission?
  8. If you reduce the total commission in order to have our business, what will you pay the buyer’s agent who finds the buyer?
  9. Will you verify all this in writing before we sign a Seller’s Listing Agreement Contract?
  10. Why should I/we do business with you and your company?
