The "Other Naples"

Naples is a beautiful community. It is truly "Florida's Last Paradise." Why do we label Golden Gate Estates "the other Naples?" Imagine a resort area where everyone wants to live, work, and play. There is only so much land available in the area. This gives rise to closely-stacked communities and condominium units. With these developments come rules, regulations, ordinances, and the like. It becomes necessary to preserve the quality of life. Consequently, room to breathe becomes an even more precious resource. Where can a family go, be free to choose a personal lifestyle, and still reside in paradise? Welcome to "the Gate."

Got Land?

People move to Golden Gate Estates primarily for freedom ... freedom from the rules, freedom from the "condo commandos," freedom and room to breathe. Even homes on the smallest Estates lots are far enough from neighbors to let families be themselves.

• Want a new shed? No problem.

• Want to take a walk on the wild side? No problem.

We are obviously under construction (like so many homes!), and we're building this site one block at a time. We are truly pleased to find you peeking in through our windows here, and we have our first little something for you .
