Ava Maria University & Town

Located approximately 5 miles east of Golden Gate Estates along Oil Well and/or Immokalee Rd is the future Ava Maria University and Town. This massive project is under way with construction moving forward at an incredible pace. The plans call for a Catholic University with up to 6000 students plus a surrounding town with 11,000 residential homes and condominiums, retail and office space, medical facilities, a school for grades K - 12, and much more.
